  • Since 2003, WRBD has made grants to more than 40 properties
    and businesses representing an investment of nearly $250,000.  Listed below are just some of the projects funded along 38th Avenue.
  • The WRBD is funded by the City of Wheat Ridge.
  • WR2020 provides staffing for WRBD.
  • WR2020 was founded in Dec 2005.
  • WR2020 has invested $400,000 in commercial lending leveraging over $1 MILLION in property improvements on 38th Avenue.
  • WR2020 partnered with Downtown Colorado Inc. and the Department of Local Affairs to provide the Community Revitalization Partnership Report.
