Block Recovery Grants available from WR2020 for neighborhoods impacted by the July 20th storm

Damage was sustained throughout western Wheat Ridges as a result of a July 20 storm. The community spirit displayed by neighbors helping neighbors is part of the strength of Wheat Ridge. Wheat Ridge 2020 would like to continue to foster that spirit by offering the Block Recovery Grant Program 2009. The grant will cover projects such as plant material to add color back to the neighborhood, a dumpster for any final clean up needed, or party supplies for a block party celebrating everyone’s hard work after the storm. Please talk to your neighbors and apply today.
