Results of this and other surveys will help our team of experts with on the ground information as we look at investing in the future of this important corridor. Please be assured that your answers are completely confidential and will be released only in a summary format.  No individual answers will ever be identified.  Your help and feedback are appreciated.

WR2020 and City awarded grant for 38th Avenue market study

Wheat Ridge 2020 is preparing for our participation in the Community Revitalization Partnership Program December 2-3. Through a partnership with Department of Local Affairs and Downtown Colorado, Inc,  matching grant assistance will help us pay for a team of experts to help in conducting a market study for 38th Avenue, Sheridan to Wadsworth.

Business, property owners or residents who are interested may participate in focus groups on the evening of December 2, 6:30-8:00pm, at the Sons of Italy.  Please contact dbalkasatwheatridge2020dotorg or talk to Denise at 720-259-1030 to RSVP and for more information.  Everyone is welcome to attend a final presentation on the team's findings on December 3, 4:00-6:00pm, at City Hall Council Chambers.

The Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy and Comprehensive Plan call for a detailed look at 38th Avenue and this market study will help provide information to help guide our strategies and investments on the corridor.
