It’s time for Wheat Ridge residents to partner with CBS4′s Jennifer Zeppelin and Mayor Jerry DiTullio in this month’s Fit 4 Colorado Community Walk. CBS4, America on the Move, and the City of Wheat Ridge will join together on Saturday June 19, 2010, as part of a statewide educational program that supports Colorado children and adults living healthier lives.
This month’s walk begins at Prospect Park, 44th and Robb in Wheat Ridge at 9:00 a.m. and will be 1-2 miles in length.
Free pedometers will be given to the first 100 participants.
Remember to bring water, wear sunscreen and walk your way to a healthier you.
