The loans offered will have 0% interest year 1, 4% interest thereafter; they are up to 10-year notes with a 20-year amortization schedule.
Eligible project costs include exterior facade improvements, landscaping, interior renovations, energy improvements, and structural, mechanical & electrical repairs. All projects must include exterior improvements visible from the street.
