The City of Wheat Ridge recently announced a new initiative called ShopWR. This service provides all local businesses with a link on the City website that directs citizens to a webpage easily designed and updated by the business. In addition to basic business information, the ShopWR website allows businesses to write their own business description, choose the business categories it wants to be listed in, and even allows the business to create an electronic mailing list. The ShopWR service is completely free of charge for licensed Wheat Ridge businesses.
For more information or assistance with registering or updating your business information, contact the Wheat Ridge Economic Development division at 303-235-2806.
