Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) Update & Open House

Wheat Ridge 2020 is proud to announce that we have our second Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) renovated home under contract!  This home on West 37th Avenue is the second of our side by side homes and helps showcase how a block and neighborhood can be stabilized under the program.

Mark your calendars for Tuesday, January 11, 2011, 4:30 – 6:30pm for an open house look at our third renovated home!  We will have a come-and-go open house at 3595 Chase Street.   If you know a potential buyer for this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, please pass along this invitation, download the sales program requirements from the WR2020 website, or contact WR2020 for more information at 720-259-1030.

Under the NSP, WR2020 purchased six Wheat Ridge foreclosed homes to rehabilitate and sell to income-qualified families.
