All are welcome to the Wheat Ridge 2020 Member meeting tonight, Sept 1st, 7:00-8:30pm, at Olinger Crown Hill Reception Hall (29th & Wadsworth). We will be introducing new leadership, learning about the implementation of the building division study and getting folks involved in the new strategic plan. We hope you can join us tonight.

We hope you all were able to enjoy the 40th Wheat Ridge Carnation Festival. Wheat Ridge 2020 was proud to sponsor the fireworks and this special celebration of Wheat Ridge’s 40 years as a city. Special thanks to the Carnation Festival committee for a successful event, the Wheat Ridge Foundation for sharing and staffing a booth with Wheat Ridge 2020 and to all the folks who walked in the parade to promote Wines & Dines coming up on Sept 24th.
Final public meeting on comprehensive plan on Sept 2nd
The final public meeting for Envision Wheat Ridge is on Wed, Sept 2nd, 6:30-8:00pm, at the City Hall Council Chambers. The comprehensive plan is an important tool for shaping the future of the city. Your input is welcome.

Enterprise Wheat Ridge is hosting this year’s candidate forum featuring the candidates for city offices in Wheat Ridge. The forum is Tues, Sept 8, 7:00-8:45am at the Wheat Ridge Recreation Center.
Meet the future leaders that will ultimately shape the future of the City of Wheat Ridge. Learn the candidate’s views on current issues facing the city and how they see themselves adding value to our City.
The General Public is welcome to attend. Register for this event online at www.ewheatridge.com by Friday, September 4th. Cost is $12.00/person and includes a breakfast.
