• WR2020 currently has $250,000 available for our low-interest loan programs – HIP and BUBL.
• WR2020 has made loans to four businesses on 38th Avenue leveraging $700,000 in property improvements.
• Wheat Ridge 2020 recently facilitated $60,000 of Community Development Block Grant funding through the Wheat Ridge Business District to support improvements to ModMood and Retro Consignment at 7700 W 44th Avenue.
