Wheat Ridge 2020 is a community-based, non-profit development corporation advancing Wheat Ridge as a vibrant and sustainable community.  Wheat Ridge 2020 is comprised of members who contribute to a movement of positive progress for Wheat Ridge.  Both community and economic development work is done through activities and investments affecting the housing, businesses, regulations and identity of Wheat Ridge.  Please join this movement for a thriving community.

WR2020 Nuggets

• WR2020 currently has funds available for our low-interest loan programs – HIP and BUBL.
• WR2020 has made loans to eight businesses on 38th Avenue leveraging more than $1.4 million in property improvements along 38th Avenue.
• Wheat Ridge 2020 successfully facilitated $60,000 of Community Development Block Grant funding through the Wheat Ridge Business District to support improvements to modmood and Retro Consignment at 7700 W 44th Avenue.
